Shipping & Delivery Information

Ancient Herbs works with Australia Post to ensure you receive your order as early as possible. After your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with the tracking number.

Standard shipping time frame: Please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to arrive.

Note: In exceptional cases some items may take up to 48 hours to process. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified! Your order will arrive 2 to 5 days after being processed at our warehouse! Occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all Online Orders over $250.00 inc. GST within Australia.

Shipping Fee: Orders under $250.00 inc. GST, shipping cost will be appropriately calculated at checkout.

PO Boxes Delivery: Shipping to PO boxes is not available, please provide a site address at checkout

Leave in safe place authorisation: If not at home to accept delivery, we authorise our courier to leave at the given delivery address in a safe place.

International Shipping: International shipping is not available.
